My complaint:
I made a reservation at the Las Leyendas de Ávila hotel and they sent me an email with a fake link to steal my credit card information. The hotel said that they did not know how the message was sent and that I should contact Booking. I did that several times, and Booking did not respond to any of them
Suggested solution:
I request that they clarify who sent the message, if it is indeed a scam and therefore I have to report it.
