My complaint:

1. In December 2021, we booked a car through booking.com. They immediately withdrew the money, and a couple of minutes later received an email that the reservation was canceled (no explanation). For more than half a year we have been trying to get a refund, and they answer that they did not withdraw anything (we sent them all bank statements).
2. Booked a hotel in Las Vegas in May 2022 for 85 euros. The hotel charged a total of 140 euros. The support team said that they are not responsible and cannot help. The hotel accounting department is still not responding, as the booking support service has stopped responding.
3. At the end of May, we booked a hotel in Lithuania, but made a mistake with the dates. Since the dates could not be changed, the reservation was canceled (the first 3 hours of cancellation are free). They promised to return the funds within 7 days. Today is already 10 – the booking.com support service is still not responding.

Suggested solution:

I would like to get my money back from booking.com for services not rendered and erroneous prices.
