Booking.com complaint: Our holiday home has been blocked from bookings

My complaint:

We have been members with Booking.com for some time now and we have two holiday homes situated on Beauport holiday Park Hastings. Out of the blue and with no reason we have suddenly been blocked from accepting bookings until we our site. This has happened twice before. We are losing revenue and so is booking.com. It is not a quick thing to do as we are not on site. This action may actually put us out of business if it carries on for much longer. We are in the middle of the holiday booking season and we can do nothing.

Suggested solution:

All I require is someone somewhere to unblock us so we can accept bookings and not go broke! I can verify our properties in hopefully a week or so but common sense states please unblock us now and we will do something very soon. There does not seem to be any common sense at Booking.com especially as they are losing potential revenue as well??
