My complaint:
I booked a room through booking.com. I did not receive a ation. When requested, I was told they did not have a reservation for me. I contacted the hotel directly and they had an incorrect reservation, 2 rooms for 2 night, instead of one room for one night. The hotel refused to change or cancel the reservation, saying it had to be done through bookings.com. You cannot get live assistance, unless you provide a ation, which I do not have, since bookings.com says they do not have a booking on file for this trip. There is no way to get any response from them via e:mail, chatting or speaking with the customer service rep.
