My complaint:

I’m very close to being beyond angry to be honest I’ve spoke to many staff on the 27 th to get my ation that I never recieved to know where I was going to never get a response or reply I’ve lost out in taking my disabled wife away for a special night which the £140 was a struggle to sort out anyway I’m really upset by all this as everyday I’ve gone on a live chat and been out on a thing to talk to someone costs me money which I find odd as I’ve all ready lost a load I have no photos for the next section all I want is a reply from management and money back and a chat about componsation
