My complaint:
I made a 6 day reservation for econolodge and when trying to check in I felt very unsafe because the employee was screaming at me so I ended up not staying. So after about 3 days and 30 phone calls with booking.com and being hung up on several times I still have not received the $332.32 refund that I have been promised and everytime I call customer service to speak with a supervisor and get hung up on and All I’m trying to do is get my money back… this has been by far the most horrible worst experience ever and I will probably not EVER USE booking.com again
