Booking.com complaint: Booking.com took my money, £300, and now say they have no knowledge of me!!

My complaint:

Last month, June, I was waiting to have surgery as I have breast cancer and I decided to book a holiday for afterwards near the sea to make me feel better. So late one night I did just that. I wanted to go to Borth, Wales
on the 27th July till 30th July. Anyway they didnt have Borth but had somewhere nearby. It was a self catering room with its own bit of garden with a hot tub. It all came to £300 but I didnt care I just wanted to get away. It also said it would’nt take any funds out of my bank untill 10th July which was great. So I didnt worry when no email came immediately because I thought it was because of the late payment. They took the money out on 12th July and I have messaged and messaged them. When I try to get my email ation resent it says its sending it to the complete wrong email address, infact it cant even be a real email because it hasnt got a @ in it. I have messaged this to them but they say they have no information on either email address. I know I put the right one in because my laptop puts it in automatically. They say to give more info, so I have told them everything over and over. And now they ignore me and I am supposed to be on my holiday now, but Im not.
I have tried to ring customer service but without a pin number etc I cant get to talk to anybody. I mean what do I do? Call the police? Please help me, thankyou.
