My complaint:
Only one check out open and a one hour queue to get in to buy tobacco when there are staff standing about chatting. Bookers Bournemouth have never understood that they are there to take my money as quickly and efficiently as possible. Twice I tried today and still no tobacco. I realise there is a special offer on but they could open the second check out.
