My complaint:
I visited my usual store as I do most weeks. I asked a member of staff to help get me boxes of chips out of the freezer as Customer are not permitted to enter these freezers. During getting these boxes the same staff member started talking to another customer to help her before finishing up with getting my boxes. So I asked him to deal with one customer at a time as i was in a rush. He then responded by bashing the last boxes Into my ribs. I now have marks on this area and my ribs are hurting. When I spoke to the staff about it they all surrounded me and made it out like it was a joke and laughed at me this included the manager on duty at the time. I feel very upset about this and angry they cannot treat customer sthis was I expect to be compensated greatly for it.
Suggested solution:
I won\'t to be compensated and the staff dealt with in a strong way as they all just laughed at me. They are always rude when I visit and take there time when I need something out of areas customers can\'t enter.
