My complaint:

I am Going to bookers from years and years for my shop shopping.today the 2nd July 2022 I have finished my shopping it was on two trolley one small trolley my son bring it out and the big one I did while I am bringing out milk fell from the trolley and burst.I ask my son you take it inside and ask them to replace for you while I am loading othe stuff. He went inside they charge him for milk instead of replacing.when my son came out with invoice out side I ask him what is this he said they charge him. I went inside and ask why did you charge him for milk when it’s fell from trolley because of bad stacking or may be something else.

Manager came out and she goes to me stop doing this I ask her what I should stop doing I didn’t let milk fell from trolley by purpose it’s fell and you should replace it.her behaviour was totally unacceptable her name is Nichola she said it’s not our responsibility if your milk fell outside in car park. I ask her did they put any sign or they tell customers I am coming here from years I never heard from anyone or any manager.she was v rudely spoken.I need this to sort out by booker soon as possible. Thanks
