My complaint:
Some items were delivered from my Wishlist I have repeatedly tried to use Boohoo Returns Portal, however every time I put in my details EG email address or last 4 digits of my phone number or the item reference the system blocks me by not recognising the information typed in. This is despite Boohoo sending me emails to Confirming orders. I also have the Boohoo app but to no avail. Boohoo appear to be making it difficult for customers to arrange return of items.. And I am very stressed out by this experience
