My complaint:
Went to the Graham store this morning (March 3,2023) to get biscuits. Had a coupon, BOGO free.
Employee Shu-Portia just looked at me, never asked could I take your order, or for here,nothing. She just looked at me. I proceeded to order a ham, egg, cheese biscuit and 2 sausage biscuits. I told her
I had a coupon for a free biscuit. I handed it to her she just looked at it and told me I couldn’t use it. She was very very rude!
I asked why. She says her manager said that they aren’t accepting them today. I asked to see the manager and was told that she’s too busy. I waited for my order other people were getting theirs before me. I asked about my order she kept saying it wasn’t ready, but I could see the biscuit on the warmer. We have gone to this Bojangles many many times, but we will not go there again! This was store 000005.

Don't really know, but they should have better customer service for sure!
