My complaint:
Tonight at Bojangles I sat in the Drive-Thru for over 35 minutes only to be shorted on my order and when I went in to ask for the items that I did not receive I was given an attitude by not only the employees as well as the manager as well as us to see my receipt when all I was missing was a small fries and sent back to my car then was told that they were out of chicken this is completely on a professional and do not appreciate it and I will no longer be a patron of the bojangle completely unacceptable
Suggested solution:
They should get some employees that give a crap about their restaurant the place was filthy and everybody in there had an attitude and was dancing to loud music rap music
