My complaint:
Firstly I applied for a loan I made an innocent mistake were I typed fast ND my account number was incorrectly typed I was said I must pay R1000 to rectify it I asked where should I get the money they said I must borrow by someone I borrowed by my boss ND said I’ll pay it back to her immediately today they say I have to pay again for new otp this is so u tell me where must I get money again to borrow my boss said if I don’t pay her today I can stay at home must I get fired over people tht converns u tht u getting your money in 10minites nd lie to your face am so sorry if this matter is not solved am gonna take it further
Suggested solution:
To get my new otp number to get my money cause I have a family to feed I cant loose my job over people tht promise u to get your money in 10 minutes
