My complaint:

I opened a checking account and mobile deposited several govenment issued checks…all of a sudden the account was frozen and when i called to fix the issue they told me it would take 14 business days to come to a resolution!!! This is an outrageous amount of time and now that the 14 days have passed i still cant get an answer about myaccount!!! Give me my money already!!!!!

Suggested solution:

They need to grant me access to my account so i can get my money out!!!!!
