My complaint:
2 of 5 websites have been down for days after Bluehost made major changes to the backend of their system (login, cpanel, whm, etc). Both phone and chat support are useless. They either say they fixed and now we have to wait 4 hours for DNS to propagate, or say they escalated it and we’ll hear back in 24 hours. It’s been 4 days now and they say that everyday. DO NOT choose Bluehost for webhosting.

get our websites back up and running
