I have so far wasted six hours on multiple chats trying to get simple info to migrate my site to new host after massive price increase. They don’t provide necessary info and frequently cut the support chat off after over 30 Mins of waiting Will not connect through to supervisor when Asked or

Suggested solution:
Give me the simple info I have requested immediately before my hosting expires.
