Bluehost complaint: Please help me

My complaint:

I am an 83 year-old man who has been engaged as a residential real estate broker in Virginia since 1989.

Feeling the deed for an easily updatable website to aid me in reaching the client I seek to help, I decided to build from scratch a website, and chose Bluehost to be my vendor.

And so I began from a scratch, not copy and paste, but the coding, to create a website which I managed to do successfully in a relatively short period of time.

That site won me and award, and I went on to develop other websites Which now number 14 on your platform.

I stuck with this platform through the recent major renovation in your software, but I have now experiencing a totally unexpected situation in that all of my business websites have gone down in the last four or five days, and no one in your support universe seems to be able to either tell me what happened , or guide me through restoration or resolution of this problem.

Even more trouble is the fact that at the moment I only have the ability to access two of those sites, one of which is a temporary site which denies me access to the original site of exactly the same name.

For the past three days after spending 45 to 60 minutes on the phone with your primary tech-support, and in each instance, being assured that the problem will be escalated to a level two, or higher, resource in your company, with the promise of results in 24 to 48 hours , nothing has changed for me, but the date.

And so it is at this moment I find myself pleading for the best you have to offer to help me resolve this problem so that I can continue my relationship with Bluehost.

Failing that, I must immediately seek another platform to see if they can unwind, whatever the issue is on my Website.
