My complaint:
They are trying to bill me 800 dollars, I am on Medicaid? I paid every statement on time, next thing they send me statement for over 300 then I call next bill back to reg payment, now this month they say I owe over 800 dollars.
Suggested solution:
Explain charges, why it was billed this way, and why I am at fault , I can prove they are the ones who have did wrong. I do not owe this and want to appeal this.
