My complaint:
BCBS of OK has continually billed me for coverage this year after I had cancelled at year end 2020.
Not only are they still charging me, they keep signing me up.
My financial complaint will be filed in small claims court for the amounts charged plus attorney fees.
The complaint filed here is to discontinue billing and harassment!
Suggested solution:
They should have cancelled policy 938003318 in Dec. 2020 when they received the written cancellation.
