My complaint:
I was sent to collection by a hospital because of BCBS I call the attorney office to settle the debit and was told by the law form BCBS does not settle collection account i call the hospital and was told the same thing I’m trying to settle the debit inflation going up but paycheck staying the same
Suggested solution:
At lease write the debit off or let you settle the debit by pay a fracture of the account its only 600 i was willing to pay 300 to settle the account but they said there was not a settlement on the account per BCBS
