My complaint:

I’ve ordered gift for Christmas on 11272020
I am waiting 2 weeks. Today 12152020 they send me email about cancel my order without any reason. I called them, nobody take care about my problem. I wanted to speak with supervisor, the agent put me on hold I waited 30 min I am very upset.. I need this gift for Christmas , I am crying. I’ll complain further

I’ve order 11272020 through Rakuten that day I had additional 15% off
I don’t have gift for Christmas , I lost my discount and I feel too bad. ....
