My complaint:

I think this is disrespectful, and I am tired of so many lies, since December 16 they have told me that I must wait, and my patience has already reached the limit, it cannot be that every time I contact customer service I receive a different answer. Bloomingdales promised me I would get my refund in 5-7 days and that was a long time ago. 13 days have passed and I still have not received a refund or a clear explanation of what is happening. They cannot keep my money like this, that is theft and in this case you are abusing me, by lying to me with a supposed refund that I never received but that still continue to promise.
