on August 18, 2021 I purchase $650 in bitcoin cash from Blockchain. Com I used my Navy Federal debit card to make the purchase it cleared the credit union . Blockchain accept my payment.
I sent them several message regarding not having access to my funds,
Last night I sent the a message that I needed access to my funds to settle with my mortgage company to keep my home from going into foreclosure.
They replied my account had been compromised for me get another email account, setup my wallet then go to trading and move my funds to my wallet.
They later ask me to verify my identity. With either driver license or passport or id card. I uploaded my Maryland drivers license, took the selfie, provided them the current rate for bitcions took another selfie with me holding a piece of paper with my name and today’s date.
All of which they stated they could not verify,
This has been going on now for 24 hours
Suggested solution:
accep all identity photos and give me immediate access to my funds
