My complaint:
I have transferred 9500 eur to blockchain in july 2022.
since then, Blockchain blocked the amount, doesn’t provide any answer except to say that they are handling my case.
I have asked for closing my account to be refunded, no answer.
I have asked many times to refund me, no answer.
I have tried to write directly to their support directly in the US, no answer.
Now, when i try to contact the assistance, they answer me not to contact them anymore because my case is in progress.

They don't answer and have kept my 9500eur since july 2022;
