My complaint:
On May 25, I initiated a wire transfer to my bank account. I am very sure that I used the correct bank information. After one week there was no receipt of money. Chat support wrote me that the money was transferred to a closed account.
Since then the money has not been credited back to my account. That was almost three weeks ago now.
In the meantime, I made a transfer to the closed account for testing purposes. The money was credited again within 24 hours.
The chat support wrote 7 days ago that the finance department would take care of the matter and within 48h the money would be credited again. Until today nothing has happened.
Suggested solution:
Put my money back to my account.
