My complaint:
7days ago ,i tried to withdraw from my interest account to my private wallet and i was told i will have to wait for two days before it will reflect in my private account and i waited after 3days i can’t access my fund ,i contacted the support and the agent i chatted with said my fund is under review and they will get back to me, next day i didn’t read from them so i chatted with another agent and he said i had an unresolved issues with blockchain around august last year, immediately i remembered that blockchain contacted me august 6 to provide my source of fund and i explained to one agent Kenny that contacted me then ,i trade on paxful which he said i should provide a cvs document that i traded on paxful. i provide this document and sent to the agent Kenny, he acknowledge receiving the documents and he never get back to me again, i even sent him an email to ask if everything was fine but i didn’t get any reply so i was surprised when the agent said i have unresolved issues, i explained to the agent and he said i should be patience they will get back to me, so let assume am not disturb or i don’t need my fund urgently i will not know that blockchain is holding my fund, so today i decided to chat with another agent from blockchain and she told me my fund is still under review and it may take 4weeks to 5weeks before getting back to me and she said it with confidence that is possible i don’t get my fund and i was shocked , blockchain hold my fund without any explanation ,i sent several Support tickets no one replied and no one care . please kindly help me appeal to blockchain to release my fund please ,this is my last support ticket number with them 2471453. Blockchain should please release my fund and apologize to me.
