Binance complaint: Withholding my money without my consent or without a disclaimer

My complaint:

I opened a Binance.US account with the understanding that I would be able to buy bitcoin and then send it to another wallet as long as I had verified my account . Which I did and then after that got the bitcoin and tried to withdraw it to my outside wallets it said there would be a 10 day hold. I am so upset about this I would’ve never agreed to go through with this transaction. I am now going to have terrible consequences because i wasn’t informed before the transaction about this 10 day hold . I then contacted customer service in which they were very rude and disregarded what I was saying and leaving me absolutely no options to get my money back .

Suggested solution:

Release my funds and allow me to close my account .
