My complaint:

I made a transfer from my Binance account to my City Bank account in Dec 2021
Initially the $700 was transferred on the 29th DEC 2021 to my Binance account.
After I traded online I transferred the amount back this was for $783.90.
A few days later I received a call from City Bank questioning me about the transaction. I explained the above
Then on the 21st Jan OUYWARD FUNDS TRANSFER debit of $783.90
I disputed this when I realised in January. I was told the sender requested the money back. Unfortunately to this date, there was nothing returned to my Binance account and the money has disappeared.
I’ve disputed this neumerous time to Citi Bank but unfortunately I have no way of getting the funds back.

Suggested solution:

I need this money found and paid back into my bank account as it is my money and should never have been returned. I have additional documentation if required.
