Binance complaint: Unable to get help withdrawing funds deposited by mistake over 6 month

My complaint:

Ihave worked with Binance.US support since December 20, 2022 to withdraw funds that were deposited by mistake in an attempt for a scam operation. I have no less than 25 email messages and 5 attempts to send video to Binance.US each time I receive a rejection and the account has not been changed to a status so that I can withdraw funds.

I will find a small claims action. I have notified the District Attorney of Marin County regarding these actions. Binance.Us has not complied with a response. I have written to the headquarters office in Palo Alto regading this issue, agan to no avail. I would be willing to send all of my 25 email messages and 5 videos of proof of my claim Please ask.

Suggested solution:

Reimburse me the $197.20 plus court $ to file small claims. Total due me $237.20. Six months is long enough to wait for a resolution
