My complaint:

I have had a call from binance to say I have nearly £8000 in BTC, witch is in a smart contract. However, I have never seen a smart contract nor has the option to delete a contract wasn’t clearly identified. I have been told to get the amount out of BTC held in this smart contract that I have to put the same amount in. Unfortunately, I do not have the £7000 to take out of my bank account to get the money that is in BTC. I asked what would happen at the end of the week, and was told a new contract may become available or it goes to another party. This doesn’t make sense, to put money into the account to transfer this to BTC and then make a change to GBP to take the whole sum out. And why does it have to be so much money

Suggested solution:

I would like an option to take the BTC out of the account that was set up or stop the transaction until such time as I can guarantee I'm not being scammed. In other words ation from someone with a full name and address who is willing to why this is being done this way.
