My complaint:
My withdrawal has been susupended for no reason by Binance for two months now. Every time I attempt to withdrawal my own funds, I get an error that says withdrawals suspended due to risk management. I have submitted countless tickets to Binance, and all I get are automated messages with no resolution. I do not owe Binance any money at all, and they have no right to hold my funds for months without cause.
Suggested solution:
Release my funds so I can make a withdrawal.
