My complaint:
I have purchased PhP85,000 worth of Ethereum today around 8PM. My payment was send in two different transactions because I already reach my bank limit. The first one 50k was sent 7:58PM, and the 2nd one was sent 8:12 PM. The seller agreed to wait for a while, but once he received the payment, the crypto ETH didn’t arrive.

Please help me to refund the money to me.
