Good day Sir. Am Musa Baba Gana from Nigeria. Please, I had problem with my Binance account. My phone is faulty, and a message came from binance asking if I want to upgrade my Binance account account from 100 BTC to 200 BTC maximum deposit. When I tried canceling it. It didn’t, instead it was applied selected as a result of my faulty phone. Please, I want to return to my former account status of 100 BTC deposit and withdrawal. I will be grateful if this problem is solved. This is my Binance ID: 38786168
A customer service agent has once attended to this problem but it was not solved due to the poor telecom service network at my location.
Suggested solution:
Please, I want my Binance account to be returned to it former status of 100 BTC maximum deposit and withdrawal. This will enable me use all the features of Binance fully.
