My complaint:
On Thursday 11th March, I made a withdrawal of £1577.76 GBP to my designated bank account IBAN using faster transfer. Order ID: CJW687347544590704640
As to date, I have not received the funds.
This is strange because I clicked faster transfer, so the funds should have been in my account instantly or within a few hours.
Suggested solution:
Look into my withdrawal and perform the necessary checks to ensure the reason for this issue.
Re-perform the withdrawal process to ensure the funds are on the way.
