My complaint:
I have opened an account on binance and I have this account quite a few months now. At the start of the time i deposited some credit in order to buy crypto. Few weeks later i am prevented from depositing and withdrawing real money while having put in the site and the company charging me. Today still i am not able to do either actions and without even being informed why while my money sits on the site.
Suggested solution:
I am looking forward to beind able to deposit and withdraw my fiat again and to a general explanation of the situation.
