My complaint:
I have made XRP transfer from BTCturk to Binance account without TAGMEMO. ı forgot to enter TAGMEMO The transfer done 14.03.2021
I have been trying to get solution since a month.
Today, Binance customer service declared that my XRPs were transferred to another user account.
I say that it is not possbile because i share my proof video only with Binance customer contact via standart form.
There is a big mistake.
I am ready to proof the transfer belongs me.
I want you to investigate this wrong transfer done by Binance and save my Xrps.
Suggested solution:
Check the details. Check How and with which evidence datas they transfer my cryptos to another account
Pls correct your mistake.
