My complaint:
I have withdrawn exactly 934.85 euros on 662021 at 19:26 to my TransferWise european bank account, apparently transfwise stopped accepting transfers from crypto exchange websites, which wasn’t to my knowledge at the point, so they cancelled the transaction and refunded it to Binance’s bank account.
Now the money is lost and I can’t find it in my Binance Euro wallet, but since it’s a refund Binance didn’t process it and they just have my money in their bank account and didn’t put it back in my wallet so I can use it again!
I made an appeal on Binance website and gave them all the details needed to give me my money back, and i contacted the customer service multiple times and i waited 2 weeks and my money is still lost, the customer service tell me wait i will transfer you to the corresponding department, and just disappear! And no one contacted me again! I need my money back right now! I will stop using the exchange and urge everyone i know and post online about this everywhere to warn people about this theft!!
Suggested solution:
Just check your bank account log, at the exact day the money was refunded and find the transaction that proves you have my money and just put it back in my wallet! Simple!
