My complaint:
I am a binance user, last month i was trying to buy some crypto with my MasterCard. But the platform said that I didn’t have enough money on the card but the money has been deducted from my card balance.
I contacted the bank, they said the trabsaction has been done correctly but i still don’t receive any crypto on my binance spot. How can you help me?
Suggested solution:
They should either send the money back or send the me the crypto on my spot balance
