My complaint:

Hi, On Sunday the 16th of May I deposited an amount of 1001,30 EU form my ING bank to my Binance Account. The money didn`t arrive. I left an appeal, but i haven´t got any respond. I called my Bank and they said that it definately was transferred. In my account with deposit Details I have a status EXPIRED with Order ID CKO711284423603462144.I also have a status completed on the same day with Order ID CKO711314918722650112 but this amount never was credited. I have spoken at least 15 service agents, all telling me a different story and letting me wait for hours or days on end. All the evidence is enclosed.It seems somehow these 2 ID’s are linked eventhough, cuz its on the same day but it looks like the administration is gone wrong. The expired one i never received back. The succesvol one I never got credited in my binance account. I think this is one and the same, cuz i only deposited 1001.30 euros and a small 3.70 eu that day. The 3.70 was a test to see if something was wrong, but this one did get into my acoount. I frustrated an angry.

Suggested solution:

They need to upgrade the service and take things like this serieus. I want them to send my money back to my bank or credit the amount on my binance account.
