My complaint:
I deposited money into Binance app, on my account, bought crypto currency and have been trying to withdraw my money. Each time when I attempt withdrawal, I received a error message that withdrawals temporary suspended due to risk control management. I contacted the chat service, which is a pain of communication, due to its function. I was asked to send in video recordings of me holding my id with my requests to withdraw. I was also asked to state all transactions made on account plus the account registration date, which I have done. I have not received a response and I have tried to contact binance chat on numerous occasions after the video evidence and have received no response. I would like to withdraw my funds with immediate effect and close this account.
Suggested solution:
Please allow me to withdraw my money or Bitcoin and close this account ASAP. Call me if you need to assure that I am the actual account holder and for your security. This is terrible customer service.
