My complaint:
I tryed to buy USDT coin twice and it showed failed but at the same time from my account it got deducted twice and now the transaction shows in process and its been more than 24hrs. I called my bank and they say its on hold as binance didnt claim the payment yet and i have to wait for a month for reclaiming it thruough bank and if i want it sooner than i have to get an email from binance saying to reverse my purchase and claim the amount back in my account..

email me so that i can reclaim my money .
