My complaint:
The cross margin account I selected a stop limit with an option to repay all borrowed sums and interest once hit. I was in over £2000 profit however this did not work. The coins got sold but did not repay. Even when manually repaying I should have been in profit as I brought low sold higher however I was left with less than I started with! Now Binance have not got back to me about any of this. I have tried contacting them several times.
Suggested solution:
Explain why I am at loss and return my profit to me?
