My complaint:
I have had many communications with the Binance support team regarding an ongoing issue I have with depositing Fiat into my Bianance account. They have so far not been able to resolve the issue and have now stopped replying to my messages.
Suggested solution:
Respond and resolve the issue. I am simply trying to deposit cash so I can trade on their platform.
