My complaint:

Hello and good day. Please I need your helpassistance. 2 days ago, I tried to trade by Buying CAKEUSDT with an amount of 30 USDT thru Open Order. I put a stop limit of 21.5 (the current price was 24.6). Because the price has not changed (still about 23 to 24), I tried to cancel my Open Order by clicking the Cancel status. There was no action, so I click the Cancel status several times, still, there was no action. I log out and after then I log in again. My Open Order to Buy CAKEUSDT was gone but my USDT money did not return, it was zero. Also, the CAKE was zero amount (both USDT and CAKE amount are zero). I checked my Order History, there was the order and it says the status is Filled. What does Filled status mean and where is my USDT money? I tried to look at Fiat and Spot, but the USDT is zero amount and the CAKE is also zero amount. Please help me how to bring back my USDT. Thank you very much for your assistance.
