My complaint:
I have been trying to withdraw an amount of my account balance to my own bank account. After filing the parameters and how much I want to transfer from binance to my bank via SEPA, it asks me to “fill in additional information” and beneath an empty space to fill with “date of issue”. At first I thought the date of when I want my money to be transferred but that is not an issuing of any kind. So I thought maybe my ID-card’s or debit card’s date of issue but it isn’t accepting either of them. It does not say of what I need to fill in, “the date of issue”, of. It keeps saying bed request with whatever I fill in.
Suggested solution:
I hope someone from binance can contact me via e-mail because I can not find any place where I can contact customer service and it is starting to become annoying. If not contact me please make some things a little more clear as to what to fill in.
