My complaint:
My balance has gone down to zero, not showing any coins I have. This is the same on the android app and windows desktop app and website.
The so called live chat is BS. I want to be able to talk to a person not go through some predefined set of categories and common questions that don’t cover your scenario.
Not impressed.
Suggested solution:
Show an indication that there is a technical fault across all apps so people don't have a mini melt down.
Provide a proper support system where people can get live assistance from a real person.
Create and make available a forum thread when there is an urgent issue that affects lots of customers so we can at least see that you're responsive.
