Complaint: $1500 of ‘lost’ tokens

My complaint:

Around a year ago I lost around $500 worth of ICON. The monumental ‘confusion’ (which appeared deliberate) referring to wrong tokens etc. I ended up giving up due to frustration. Some time afterwards, I Tried to transfer what is now around $1000. It occurred during the swap of main net and I was told I could retrieve for a fee of 0.005 BTC. Again, total chaos, confusion, ignored support tickets and another loss of funds. I suspect this may be a little side job for the developers, sweeping up tokens that people have given up on. What is most frustrating is that there is no accountability. I will basically never get my money back. I have considered reporting it to the police as theft to see if they can uncover what is going on (pretty scandalous I expect)

Suggested solution:

Act upon support tickets and return ‘lost’ funds to people they owe!
