My complaint:
A platform from Binance named NSAXTV has scammed me. Not only me, but there were also about 500 people on the platform who send money to them every day. Since Sunday, 02-04-2023, they close the platform and did not let the people withdraw the money. We have complained to Binance, but no effort from their side to help us.
Binance has the power to track where and with who the money is, but does not do anything.

Suggested solution:
Binance should their customers about the scammers, as they can see how much money goes into their wallet addresses daily. Also, by the time we make a complaint, Binance has the power to track the money and freeze it and question the person where that money comes from, and do not allow money laundering.
