Binance complaint: Holding funds illegally

My complaint:

When I purchase BNB through binance I was told there would be a 7 day hold before I could withdraw the assets to another wallet. I waiting the 7 days patiently, but on the 8th day the funds were still on hold. I messaged them about it and all they told me was that the funds from my recent purchase (separate purchase made that day) were on hold and didnt answer my problem. It has now been 10 days and the funds are still on hold. They are in breach of their own terms and have just cost me money as I missed my window for buying into the pre-purchase of an asset, which window ended today and should have been plenty of time to wait the 7 days and then make my purchase. I also tried the live chat function and have been waiting for an agent for hours without any response.

Suggested solution:

They owe me $600 to make up for the lost purchase opportunity so that I can purchase the asset as what the price will be after today (which amount can go up with time delayed on resolving this issue). They also owe me $1500 is compensation for the time spent in trying to resolve this issue and having to research how to even file a complaint since their customer service is horrible and doesn't respond.
